The contract is concluded between the Contractor, Investor Bulgaria LTD, number registration 13953627 is located at International House, 307 Cotton Exchange, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9LQ, and the payer hereinafter referred to as the Principal.

The person representing Investor Bulgaria LTD is Joanna Nowaczyk.

The parties conclude a contract for the performance of a service in accordance with a paid order.

The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of the service.The proof and confirmation of the contract is the payment for services by the service: www.investorbulgaria.com. The document confirming the payment will be available in the Customer Panel created after receipt.

The Principal has the right to withdraw from the contract and cash back up to 14 days from the date of payment for services, in accordance with the principles contained in point. 9 on the Terms and Conditions page.

Contractor’s obligations

The contractor, under the contract and the service ordered by the client, undertakes to:

     ●   Marketing activities for the client:

1. preparing a promotional showcase for the apartment on the booking.com portal or another portal indicated by the customer. As part of the package  Contractor will take photos of the facility and a description, and provide  the Principal with the login and password for the administrator panel.
2. updating the website business card once a year, including photos (unless  the client decides otherwise) and possible promotions
3. consulting with the client on any promotions and changes to the promotional panel

      ●   Service activities in the client’s apartment:

1. cleaning the apartment: (bedrooms, guest rooms, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms)
2. washing and changing bed linen and towels
3. informing the client about the current condition of the apartment and the quote for repairing faults or necessary changes
4. issuing the keys to guests booking the apartment

The Principal’s obligations

The Principal undertakes to comply with the payment terms and deadlines for individual orders.

Settlements

Settlements between the parties are made on the basis of invoices and/or bills.

Payment for services

The Ordering Party may pay for the services by means of payments on the website www.investorbulgaria.com or a link with the invoice sent by the Contractor.

Season settlement

Payments for the apartment / apartments will be sent directly from the websites (Booking.com, Airbnb) to the Principal’s account in accordance with the rules applicable therein, unless the Principal decides otherwise.
After the end of the season, the Principal will receive from the Contractor a list of all services performed for the Principal and a list of reservations and payments that took place in a given billing year.
The Principal has the right to view booking profiles.
