To buy an apartment, for example in Sunny Beach or Nessebar, it is sometimes enough to spend several thousand euros. However, this does not mean that its location will be close to the sea and the main attractions.
After buying an apartment, you will have to pay two fixed fees, regardless of your stay in Bulgaria: annual taxe and property tax.
Annual tax – from EUR 3 – 17 per m2 of the total apartment area.
Real estate tax – from 0.15% to 0.3% of the property value

When you buy a package, you have the guarantee that we will take care of everything. We will keep an eye on the dates of reservations, promotional campaigns, apartment cleaning and issuing the keys. At the same time, you will have full access to your bookings.
When you decide to buy individual services, you will have to keep an eye on the payment dates, booking time of your guests and cleaning the apartments. Please note that the housekeeping staff must be informed no later than 5 days prior to the arrival of the guests.
The apartment can have its own individual character. Therefore, bed linen and towels may or may not be white. Bed linen and towels must be clean and fragrant. When we put your bed linen in the laundry, we do not mix it with sets from other apartments.
